Dr. Timothy S Honderick, DO

This is the WORST DOCTOR ive EVER seen. I came into the ER for feeling extremely weak and lethargic, with severe chills and was numb in the hand and feet on one side of my body. He told me I was having a panic attack, prescribed me anti anxiety medication, and when I asked him if my blood culture test-- (that was known to be IN PROGRESS-- they take many days)) --was odd or had any sign of infection, he said he'd check on it, and he came back and said it was completely negative for ALL bacteria and fungus, then he shrugged and said nothings wrong and that I had to leave. I called the hospital the next day to verify, and they said it is NOT ready for final evaluation and that he shouldn't have just said that- in conclusion, this doctor rushed me out of the ER feeling still very disoriented and weak with nothing but a BRONCHITIS DIAGNOSIS?! I wasn't coughing AT ALL?? oh yeah and thanks for the anti anxiety meds, jerk. TAKE THIS MANS LICENSE AWAY, he's doing way more harm than good.

Condescending, unprofessional, and ineffective. His bedside manner is horrible. He cares most about himself than ANY patient. He gets defensive if you have a question. He does not deserve a star. I don’t know how he has a license to practice medicine.

Dr. Honderick addressed my concerns and took the time to evaluate the totality of my situation. I felt comfortable and safe under his care.

Has the bedside manners of a rock. My child was brought in for a grand mal seizure. He said it was not necessary to bring him to ER for a seizure seeing how he came out of and slept while he was in the ER Really!? A child that had a grand mal seizure and that has not come out of it after diastat that was administered at home. What would any parent do?! Hello Doctor. He was brought in by ambulance because he was still seizing. No parent should have to be scolded or criticized while their child needs immediate medical attention!

Saw this doctor during a recent Kaiser emergency room visit. I was recently tested for COVID-19 and am still waiting for test results to come back. One of the symptoms i have been experiencing is a tightness of the chest and having a hard time breathing. I have asthma and my breathing was getting progressively worse, despite using an inhaler. I called Kaiser Moanalua numerous times (it was the middle of the night) but their phone lines were down so I drove to the ER and was admitted. After being seen by this doctor, he told me i was just having anxiety and "next time, don't come in". When i explained no one was answering the phones, his response was "well you should just keep calling". You could tell the nurses were sympathetic and were trying to make up for his lack of bedside manners. During a time when everyone is stressed about the Coronavirus, and especially as someone who may potentially have it, it was very discouraging to be treated this way by a doctor. All of the instructions… say "if you are having difficulty breathing, go to the emergency room" so his comments were contradictory to all other instructions i've been given. Very disappointed in the way he treats patients. He is unfortunately giving the Kaiser name and brand a very bad reputation.

Dr. Timothy Honderick was my physician on the Well Connection virtual telemedicine app. After 3 hours of waiting, and more than 20 patients ahead of me, he abruptly cancelled as there was only 1 more patient ahead of me.

Beware. More concerned about his baller dr. status with his beach house, massive suv, and tendency towards violence in the water. Had 2nd Dr. opinion, and found out my condition was worsened by Tim "the fob doctor" amateur guesswork. Thinks he's "the man". Quite the contrary.

Great experience, Dr. Tim was great.

The worst doctor I have ever encountered anywhere. This doctor has a horrible bedside manner. He is patronizing to the patients, he has misdiagnosed me three verifiable times. You can hear him being rude to the other patients through the curtains. I would diagnose him as a quack. I was told by staff at the hospital that they wouldn't even be seen in the ER because they have the worst doctors but I think they're only talking about him. I have had quality care from the other doctors but I would probably turn around if I saw that he was working and wait until another physician came on,even if I was having a heart attack. I have seen him give adequate treatment to children but I wouldn't trust him with my life or my childrens life after my experiences. I would consider changing my insurance just so I never come into contact with this dr. again
