This doctor is such a piece of crap. He will rot in you know where so what ever he does now will come back to haunt him. He will be burned and be clawed by demons and of the people that died due to his bad choices. Enjoy your life on earth karma will get you. Dr. Jack is a prostitute for Anthem Insurance making millions by denying coverage to our families. They all make millions denying our dying children coverage. Enjoy your fancy million dollar home and pool doctor.

Anyone giving this guy 5 stars has not had the experience that we practitioners have had with this guy. I have been in psychiatric practice for over forty years. I can tell you that this guy fails to authorize ongoing clinical care no matter what the condition of the patient is. He and Anthem argue that they are not denying care, just payment for care. That amounts to the same thing and does not require a physician. People like that masquerade as doctors in order to promulgate the purely economic agendas of their companies. There is the illusion that they are basing their decisions on clinical facts... with Jack it is not the case. Those of us who take our oaths seriously continue to care for (and about) our patients, people like Jack notwithstanding. People like Jack simply act corruptly to support a corrupt system.

As a physician for over forty years I am ashamed that our profession allows this behaviour. Acting as an insurance hack to deny care to suffering children is , if true, reprehensible. If the state in which you practice does not review your professional activities then there is no justice. Your greed and lack of morality is beneath the contempt of those doctors who actually CARE for patients.
