Dr. Timothy G Jayasundera, MD

I went to this office for about 4 yrs. It started out great then went sour around 2017. Some of the staff there are unprofessional, have attitudes and their whole demeanor is just disgusting for having to deal with patients. When you're dealing with patients you have to be professional, no matter what, because you don't know what someone may be going through. The icing on the cake for me was when they called to schedule an appt. I said the Dr said he was going to schedule a stress test because I was due, so I"m not going back until that's done. The female claimed she would confirm that and get back to me. Needless to say, I never heard back. Also, the office manager has no business being an office manager, when she doesn't want to deal with the responsibilities that come with it. After this and dealing with attitude and a few unprofessionals numerous times, I decided to move on. Good luck with getting your medical records because they give you the run around and then claim it's the… policy everywhere. I didn't realize they knew the policy "everywhere". Good luck if you choose to go to this place.

This doctors office is organized and very fast paced. Dr J is exceptional. I refered my friend and shes so glad i did!

Dr. Jayasundera is very attentive towards his patients. He’s help me a great deal. His staff are kind and considerate. They always call to follow up.

Dr. Jayasundera and his staff operate on great lengths for patient care. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent doctor

Doctor is very nice.. Decent staff... The office was very dirty and old. Waiting area is always crammed. I am shocked that the board of health allows such office space to exist and operate. The last time I went in they had a plumbing issue and the entire office smelled like sewage.. Terrible!!

The staff was friendly and professional. They worked my appointment in around my work schedule. The environment seemed pleasant with the obviously regular clients. Waiting time was decent. The level of care was outstanding. Dr. Jayasundera was pleasant and caring. He explained everything in detail to ensure my understanding. Overall my visit to this office should be rated as excellant.

He is by far the worst doctor. All he cares about is being charming but he will not diagnose you correctly and the results have been fatal. I speak from experience from a family member. If you care about yourself or your family, you will avoid him and his unprofessional staff.

Dr.jayasundera is an excellent doctor and his staff are awsome. I live in long Island but I see him in Brooklyn or Queens. U refuse to change him. He's my cardiologist and my PCP. I couldn't be in better hands..
