One is the best surgeons in our area. His knowledge and bed side manner are tops. I highly recommend him. In my book he’s the best.

Dr. Jenkins is an orthopedist in whom I have complete confidence. Since March of 2022, he has performed three surgeries for me…two reverse total shoulder replacements and one total knee replacement. Therefore, when I say Dr. Jenkins is an outstanding surgeon, please trust me, because I know he is. I have had no problems with any of the three surgeries. The third one was done March 13, 2025, so I am just a few days out; however, I am doing really well. Dr. Jenkins is a compassionate, caring, and highly skilled surgeon. I recommend him for any orthopedic problems and feel very blessed that he is my orthopedist.

Dr. Jenkins has always been a caring person.He tells you straight away what the plan is for your care and what you need to do to get it accomplished.He has done 2 surgeries for me a left knee and a total right hip and both were successful.The staff at surgery center were friendly and compassionate.The staff at orthopedic center are friendly and helpful.My experience has been successful with both my surgeries and I would recommend highly to use Watauga Orthopedics and Dr.Jenkins

Will never go back. He was in the room less that 2 minutes and didn't listen to anything I said. Squeezed my elbow and said "does this hurt"? After I yelled he said "I see this all the time it's tendonitis, we will give you a shot." I walked out because I knew that would not help, if he would have listened, I told him that I had one before. I went to Knoxville Orthopedic and a MRI later, found a large tear in the tendon. Having surgery next week by someone who knows what they are doing!!
