Misdiagnosed family member resulting in their death

Wrong diagnosis from doctor. Nurse does not look out for patients when scheduling tests outside of the office.

Doctors like this one are far and few between these days. Dr. Johnston cares about the individual and takes the time to listen, examine his patients thoroughly as well as the time to explain what he has found, what it means and what he can do. He is straightforward and frank if he needs to be so there is no guesswork on the part of the patient. He has a very open approach; he will do what it takes to find the root of the problem and help the patient get well (rather than giving pain killers etc. to cover symptoms) whether or not it is considered conventional. Under his long term care I went from needing a wheelchair when I went out and being able to barely get around my home with two forearm crutches to walking with only the minimal aid of only one forearm crutch. I can even drive again. Thanks to the doc for the great improvement in my quality of life.

I would highly recommend Dr. Johnston to anyone who needs a family DR. He has the best staff, bed side manner and compassion i have seen in years. His staff as well as himself take the time with what ever issues you have have handle them as if you were one of his family members!
