Dr. Timothy Neil Kaiser, MD

He came in the room. He wouldn't shake my hand or look at me. He ask what was wrong but I told him a cyst in my right ear. He looks at it for a second then tells me that I will have to live with it and that it isn't what is causing my pain. I try to get him to have a conversation with me about what might be causing the pain but he didn't want anymore to do with me.

He is just starting my case. So far I am impressed with the speed of tests and follow ups.

Dr. Kaiser walked into the room, having never met me or examined me, asked what my problem was and then stated I would have to live with it. He appeared as if he just awoke with a hang over.

Appt was not what I expected. No assistance with treating allergies. Basically, just experiment with over the counter medicine. What was the money I paid for the allergy test for if you can't use it to treat my allergies? NO follow up on two different occasions. I'm the one that had to call them and then wait more time for them to do what they were suppose to do in the first place. Would recommend you go somewhere else.

Shook my hand. The only time he touched me, didn't check ears, throat or anything! Loss of a high co-pay and very unprofessional, sat across from me in chair & didn't even attempt to act like a physician should.

What a horrible experience. After waiting for more than an hour, this man walked in, never introduced himself nor did he apologize for his significant delay. After all that, he was sarcastic and rude. I'll not see him again.

I had a big lump in my neck, which Dr. Kiser worked on and took a biopsy of. It turned out to be cancer. I think the best part was Dr. Kaiser told me "look, you can worry about it, or we can fix it. Let's just fix it, and you can quit worrying, ok?" He is a great doctor. I would send anybody to him. He is just a normal guy who will help you a lot.

I had a chronic problem which had made me have 4 operations, everybody missed what I had.I went to Dr. Kaiser, and in FIVE MINUTES he figures out the problem, and tells me how to fix it, and it cost me $30 for the medicine to fix it and it is GONE, and stays away always now.I spent thousands of dollors and time before. Let me tell you something. These places that rate doctors on how "nice" they are, and how fast you get in to see the doctors, and junk like that are worthless, IF THE DOCTOR YOU GO TO SEE DOESN"T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!Dr. Kaiser is direct, to the point, and the best one I have ever been to. If you WANT TO GET YOUR PROBLEM FIXED, go see him. If you want your ego stroked, or somebody who is all touchy-feely but hasn't got a clue what is going on, go see somebody else.

Dr. Kaiser is just wonderful. My first encounter with him was when my son swallowed a nickel and we had to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night. Dr. Kaiser, who we had never met, came in at around 2am, to get the nickel out. You would never have guessed he wanted to be home sleeping. He was very courteous with us. He explained everything. He was great with my son. We have then seen him in his office multiple times for everything from ear tubes for my daughter to hearing loss for my mom. He is a great, regular guy. He doesn't use fancy medical language to make his patients feel dumb. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
