My husband, elderly mother, and I have been patients of Dr. Laird for the past 15 years. He is the most caring, personable doctor we have ever encountered. He always takes the time to understand the problem and take appropriate action. He listens. I cannot imagine ever having any other doctor as my PCP.

Dr Laird seems to only care about having hundreds of patients that are healthy. If you are sick, it will takes weeks, or months to get an appt., and when you do, he will tell you to go see someone else

Very good doctor, excellent bedside manner, LISTENS and shows genuine concern. I'll stick with him as long as he'll allow me as his patient.

was refused a refill on a med I have been on without a problem for 2 years--told by the pharmacist, not even the office-no call-then when I consulted another doctor, I was told that it was dangerous to be removed from this medication all at once=nice job office staf--I thought I was seeing a doctor al these years--

Waited almost 6 weeks for my first appointment. Sits down and does talk with you , however when I told I need to go to a specialist for prescriptions that are not even covered under the Florida prescription monitoring act , that sends up RED FLAGS even on my first visit

Dr laird is great, it's hard to get an apt with him. Pat towers is awful, she's rude, demeaning and lectures you instead of listening to you, wait for dr laird, pat towers is not worth your time and energy.

This is the first doctor that I have had that actually sits down and explains procedures and processes. I am very please I switched over to him. I have not yet seen the PA so I can't comment on that person. I would highly recommed him to anyone.

Dr. Laird is fairly good, but it took 4 weeks to get an appoinment with him. The nursr practitioner is easy to get an appointment, but she is terrible. She has been rude, doesn't listen, has made an incorrect diagnosis that caused me to become very ill before I could see my allergist for the severe respiratory infection I had.
