The two nurses that checked me in was very rude and unprofessional .I would not recommend having any cosmetic work done there . .I'll never go back and neither will any of my friends ,family, or cowirkers..i i rate them a 0 on staff professionalism .

Dr. Lavender had been referred to me by a friend. Although I found him to be a professional, knowledgable and courteous doctor, his staff need to learn a more caring attitude. One of his staff was downright rude to me and continually rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Either they don't like their jobs or they're in the wrong field. Dr. Lavender, I would give 3 out of 4 stars..nobody's perfect. But his staff gets a 1 star...but of course they didn't act rude and inconsiderate when he was in the room..only when he left. Not a good first impression. Probably won't go back. Will continue to go to Dr. Hall based on this..my first visit with Dr. Lavender.

One of the best doctors I have ever seen ... very curtious and helpful. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
