Informative, explained things well. Is a busy guy it seemed so have your questions ready, I only forgot to ask about 1 thing but it wasn't major. Would definitely come back.

I've been seeing Dr Locknane for several years now and have always been impressed by how thoroughly and patiently he explains things. Not only is he very knowledgeable on all things sports medicine, he is skilled at explaining it in a way that anyone can understand it. While other doctors seem to rush through appointments, Dr Locknane spends extra time making sure he's answered all your questions. I highly recommend seeing him for your sports medicine issues.

I saw Dr. Locknane for an HA and a PRP injection. He does an excellent job of explaining precisely what the patient will experience as he goes through the procedure, from the chill of the initial antiseptic to the exact moment the needle penetrates the treatment site. He's also great at ensuring the injected material is evenly distributed throughout the area where the discomfort is occurring, which, in my case, was the cartilage in my right knee. He also explains the true efficacy of each treatment and, I think, provides a realistic look at the potential outcomes.

He went above / beyond to ensure that my son would not create a more severe injury and my son acknowledged the painful choice to rest / recover rather than compete. For my wife, we felt comfortable with the assessment of her ruptured Achilles and his recommendation of another Dr. to perform surgery. It is clear he is skilled and capable and motivated to provide the best possible outcome for his patients.
