Dr. Manown has a very gentle and conversational approach to his interactions and communication. It's refreshing as if he is a "friend" while still focusing on one's health. His staff is polite and welcoming.

Dr. Manown is a fantastic doctor. Always feel very comfortable in his office. Staff is very nice but could be a little more efficient.

FIRST LET ME SAY THAT DR. MANOWN IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, BAR NONE!!!! WITH THAT SAID, I NEED TO SAY THAT THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM WITH REACHING SOMEONE WHEN I CALL THE OFFICE. NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. WHEN A MESSAGE IS LEFT, MOST OF THE TIME NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS SITUATION FOR OVER 2 YEARS. WHEN I GO IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT THERE SEEMS TO BE PLENTY OF STAFF SO I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE PROBLEM WITH ANSWERING THE PHONE OR GETTING BACK TO A PATIENT WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. USUALLY I WILL WAIT A DAY AND THEN CALL BACK AGAIN....ONCE I HAD TO GET INTO MY CAR AND DRIVE TO THE OFFICE JUST TO SPEAK TO THE RECEPTIONIST AS NO ONE HAD CALLED ME BACK AFTER 24 HOURS.........AGAIN, DR. MANOWN IS THE BEST BUT HE REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT HIS OFFICE STAFF AND THIS PRACTICE OF NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE OR CALLING BACK. I WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR, THIS WAS NOT A… ONE TIME SITUATION, THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I CALL THE OFFICE DURING THE LAST FEW YEARS.

My last PCP did not listen to me or give me the indivual attention I required. Dr. Manown is treating several of my family members and we all think the world of him. He will go out of his way for his patients. He takes his work seriously with a great bed side manner.God Bless him and his family.
