Dr. Timothy Hopkins Martin, MD

Dr. Martin has been my PCP for the past 10 years and I have always been pleased with my visits/outcomes. Dr. Martin spends time explaining everything to me concerning my illness. Highly recommend him for all ages.

I explained the reason for my sick visit. He spoke down to me and would not prescribe antibiotics. I went for a second opion and got antibiotics for the infection I had.

My wife saw Dr. Martin and really liked him. She said he had a good sense of humor and indulged all her questions without becoming annoyed. He really seemed to care. Consequently, I started requesting him when my being ill coincided with the days he was available at the office we use. What I like is that I leave my appointments with the feeling that he cares, and I appreciate how he works toward coming up with alternate courses of treatment before prescribing pills. Also, he will sometimes speak candidly from his own personal experience when it is relevant. What I appreciate most, and I know that I speak as well for my wife, is that I feel I have a rapport with Dr. Martin. That, in my own experience at least, is a very rare but very important quality to find with ones primary physician. I should also say that I have no problem with any of the doctors at my practice, but Dr. Martin is the one with whom I feel I relate the best.
