Loud rock music blasted in waiting room, not relaxing at all. Small storefront office, with a part time assistant. Adjusted my old partial, made it too tight so I could barely remove it, then I went back a week later and he adjusted left but screwed up the right side. I've had constant pain, metal sticking out on right side which causes pain and cuts into my cheek, bite is out of whack and difficult to eat, jaw pain. I'm ruined and don't have a few thousand dollars to donate to him for a new partial. He downplayed my pain and I told him I wore braces top and bottom for years so I know what pain is like and it's not like I'm a coward with a low pain tolerance. He didn't even clean my teach and his "exam" was 2 seconds without counting teeth and having assistant chart them like any other office I've ever gone to. Now my partial is ruined and I have no money for a private dentist to fix it. He stopped listening to me when he found out he wasn't getting a big fee from me.
