Today was my first visit with Dr. McCarthy. He explained to me everything I wanted to know. He was very pleasant and professional.

I had a terrible experience. I felt he was not thorough and very dismissive or in a hurry to go see more worthy patients. I requested a test and I explained that i needed a peace of mind. He replied as he walked our with a dismissive gesture ," we do not just do those tests for a peace of mind, its all about the insurance." I have an insurance that covers that tests, but he did not even want to know. I have called in for a different doctor. How we miss Dr. Dunning.

Dr. McCarthy is always helpful and encouraging. He asks questions and has time to answer them and gives you time to ask any questions you want. The office is good in keeping to a schedule.

Arrived 5 minutes early for appointment and called back immediately. Dr. McCarthy was prompt after vitals were taken. He was fully aware of recent test events and counseled me clearly on next steps. Good visit.

One of the biggest challenges with fighting cancer is wading through all of the available information and figuring how it applies to you. Dr McCarthy took the time to listen, answer our questions directly, explain what would happen next, and reassure us about our options. He took feedback about VCS gladly and apologized for the places they'd fallen short of our expectations (and his).

Excellent. Dr. McCarthy spent as much time with me as I needed and answered all of my questions. Also there was almost no waiting around in the waiting room before I was called.

I just moved here 5 months ago and I needed to find a blood disorder Doctor. Dr.McCarthy is very pleasurable to speak with and he has excellent communication skills.

I was in severe pain from certain injuries he gave me a nerve injection which cause made it worse pain was up most nights in tears he would not give me any pain medication for the pain was very unhelpful uncaring that was my experience his nerve block cause me to have Burning pain agonizing pain they would not give me anything to help with the pain and made me suffer in more pain from the needle he put in my pelvic which cause agonizing pain burning pain he never even gave me anything for the pain.. Heartless
