Dr. Timothy James Meyers, MD

I saw him in the emergency room after getting smothered by a box truck. I hit my head on the window and he knew that. He looked at me for about a minute then walked out and never came back.

I visited him recently for a head injury due to getting pinned by a box truck. He came into the room for twenty seconds and didn’t even look at the correct side of my head before leaving the room and doing nothing more.

I came to the Emergency Department after my mother sustained a terrible fall dislocating her hip and was in terrible pain. We were seen immediately and after a quick x-ray and after some sedation he gently put the hip back into place. She woke up from from her sedation like nothing had happened and walked out of the ED. He consulted with her orthopedic surgeon and arranged for her to be seen in next day just to make sure everything was doing OK. He was polished and compassionate! Wonderful experience. Thanks BCH!

I was alarmed with the lack of medical professionalism in this Dr. He was insensitive to reports of pain and seemed to clearly be aiming to inflict pain in a injured and traumatized state. I repetiitively told him what he was doing was painful, and he did it increasingly, rather than stop doing it. And, the mode of relation the whole time was dettatched, uninforing, and, again, alarming for a medical professional.

Top-notch care in the ED. Dr Meyers was sharp and took the time to explain my condition and the medications required to treat it. He spoke with the physician who would be seeing me for follow-up and arranged that appointment time. He is a shining star at BCH!

Wonderful emergency department experience. Dr. Meyers is excellent!

Excellent bedside manner. He spoke to me in common sense terms and diagnosed the cause of my abdominal pain.
