Dr. Timothy Jon Miller, MD

At the end of January, I went in for severe hip and back pain. Dr. Miller spent no more than three minutes in the room. He did not perform a physical exam, did not meaningfully assess my condition, and did not appear interested in listening to my concerns. He simply ordered an MRI and walked out. I felt dismissed and completely unheard.I had the MRI done the following Thursday and was told I would have results by Monday. That call never came. It has now been nearly a month, and despite repeated phone calls and emails, Dr. Miller has not responded. His office has not provided answers, guidance, or any follow-up care.I also contacted Great River Hospital directly by phone and email asking for help, and my calls were not returned. The lack of communication and accountability from both the physician and the hospital is beyond frustrating, it is deeply concerning.I was offered no treatment plan, no explanation of my results, and a significant medical bill to pay.

I had a synovial cyst that was pressing on a nerve. Severe lower back pain and stabbing pain down my right leg. My experience with Dr Miller was fantastic. Is he “chatty Cathy”? No. Very quiet but down to business. Fine with me. I wasn’t there to make a best friend. Injection smooth , quick and painless. The staff was amazing. Friendly and informative.

Worst doctor visit I've ever had. I went to him seeking pain relief due to stage 4 arthritis in both hip joints, and he treated me like a drug addict looking to score a crack rock. Want to feel like a criminal? God forbid you don't accept a drug he offers because it doesn't work for you. This man needs a new profession, an attitude adjustment, some humility, and maybe to spend a week in the body and pain receptors of a couple of his patients and maybe, just maybe he might turn into a decent doctor with a personality. If he doesn't communicate with his patients, how does he know what we even need help with? It's vital, and he is just absolutely stunted in that area. I have had better conversations with a port-a-jane in a hospital.

Horrible Dr! Horrible scheduling, he could care less about you! His attitude is pathetic! Don’t waste your time or $$

I can not believe finely hospital Dubuque would have hire a dr like him! If they want a better hospital than mercy - they need to fire dr Miller. Worst dr I have ever been too! And I’ve to a lot. He has an attitude that he thinks he something great. And he feels good when he speaks to u like ur a nobody! He doesn’t care about ur pain. All he wants is a quick check! So he will see as many patients as he can , then does nothing for them! Easy money for him. Because he doesn’t care about anyone! He ego is disgraceful ! He’s ignorant, verbally abusive, and he gives mercy a bad name. When u call to complain, they already know who ur talking about! U don’t eww have to say his name!!! So u know that people write tons of reviews, but no website will show the real truth about this dr or any other dr. If they really cared for people they would show this review and every bad review they received. Because it would save people from wasting their money on terrible drs. And would save people from… being humiliated, belittled, yelled at, and then made to feel like it’s all in their head! I DARE this website to view this.....it’s going on Facebook. And we will see if this website is really dedicated to helping people know the truth. And for hospitals and other professionals to see these. Maybe if they see all the terrible reviews - they will fire these kinds of people. Who took AN OATH to help people. And everyone should take a course on bullying. Because that’s what this dr is - a bully

He came in, gave me an epidural and left, no smile, no hello or how are you, didn't ask if I had questions. He wants my money but can not be friendly! I will not go back to him.

This dr is the rudest dr I have ever seen!! He was verbally rude, he was uncaring, unethical, immoral, unprofessional and a liar!! He also kept PERSONAL information about me in his file - which is Illegal!!! He overcharged my insurance when he told me he wouldn’t!! This man should have his license taken away!!

Go to Timothy ASAP!!!! Got back pains? Go to Timothy? Just want to have a nice conversation? Go to Timothy!!

He was not knowledgeable on my condition or treatment at all.
