Dr. Tim Nguyen did the wisdom tooth removal for my oldest son and my daughter, and now recently he did the wisdom tooth removal for my youngest son. I have confidence in Dr. Tim Nguyen but the reason I gave it a one star rating now is that the office manager asked my wife to pay in cash for $100 discount! The total cost for four wisdom teeth removal was about $1880 from the dental insurance and $1080 from out of pocket; in other words, the office get about $2960. Paying cash to avoid taxes! from an oral surgeon office! Because my wife didn't have cash with her, the office manager asked her to write a check with no name! and my wife cannot use credit card! so that the office can avoid credit card fees! I am shocked how greedy the office manager was! I would like to report this illegal practice to the authority. If anyone knows the right office to report to, please let me know. I also hope Dr. Tim Nguyen see my post and make some correction to the office practice!

Doctor is good but their billing manager Tracy is a fraud.

Amazing! I came to this office for several oral surgical procedures. The doctor is very kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
