Dr. Timothy C Randall, DDS

My 2nd year with Dr. Randall. He took over office from my previous dentist. He does through work cleaning my teeth. Good communication skills. Lets me know problem areas and what to focus on. Staff very friendly and professional. Rosie, his dental hygienist is wonderful and takes pride in her work. Appointments are on time, no waiting around. Love this place!

I have been a patient of Dr. Randal's for ten years. He is the most caring, honest dentist I have been to! What impresses me the most is his crown making ability. The crowns he makes for me are nearly always a perfect fit. With other dentists I have had to go back several times to have crowns adjusted. With Randal, each crown is a little work of art. Fit is good and comfortable from the moment he puts them in my mouth. Highly recommend him. P.S his prices are good.

Dr Randall came in on a Saturday (his day off) because my tooth in the back fell off and I was leaving out of town for Christmas. He cemented it back in and didn't even charge me. He was there already treating another patient who needed help so since I had to wait 30 minutes (I would have waited any amount of time) he said no charge. He explained exactly what happened and he had to do some work to save it so nothing more serious was necessary. Any other dentist would have probably said I needed a new tooth and I would have believed him. Dr Randall is trustworthy and honest and makes you feel very comfortable.

First 2 things when he met me were "have you thought about Zoom? And Have you thought about Invisilign?" After one putty impression and 1 X-ray he bills my ins. Plans for Invisilign and I never signed a contract , agreement nor was there a treatment plan discussed or written up! Run......also sprayed cold water on root while performing a temporary crown....stated there was no hot water in bldg! Really.
