Dr. Timothy Franklin Rathbun, DO

Comes over like a caring and respected dr. Really liked him until found out true side of him

This is first dr that truly cares about his patients I had brain tumor surgery performed out of state than started having complications This is first Dr that really is trying to help me

Since having massive brain tumor surgery 5 years ago I have had complications I've been sent to non caring Dr after non caring Dr after non caring Dr The dr who did the surgery is in Dallas and no longer takes my insurance After reading some of the reviews on Dr Rathbun I DID NOT want to see him but appt was scheduled by my Dr so thought I might as well go Let me tell you I have seen more drs in the last ten yrs than I can count Dr Rathbun not only was one of the best bedside M anners, he was caring understanding and felt like he was a good friend since birth I can not say anything bad whatsoever and I trust him totally and it's been a long time since I can say that about a Dr besides my family dr

This doctor seemed like he just came in off the golf course, and he very well may have. He apparently didn't review the charts before coming into the room, for both visits, because he didn't seem to remember what was discussed the first time. His staff seemed very disorganized, and getting information from them after my EEG was never successful. Three times I was told they would send me the results of my exam, and they were never sent. I recently gave up and asked my family doctor order the medical records from him. Hopefully I'll be able to see them at my annual physical.

EXTREMELY RUDE, POOR BEDSIDE MANNER, IS IRRITATED BY QUESTIONS, JUDGES A PERSON BY THEIR DEMEANOR, AUTOMATICALLY WANTS TO PUT YOU ON MEDICATION AFTER FIRST VISIT AND MEDICATION IS NOT ALWAYS THE ANSWER, MAKES A DIAGNOSIS WITHOUT GATHERING INFORMATION, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE DEPRESSION HE THINKS THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY YOUR PROBLEM WITHOUT KNOWING OR ASKING YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY, DOES NOT LET YOU SPEAK UNLESS SPOKEN TO FIRST. IF THEIR WERE NEGATIVE STARS THEY WOULD BE FILLED.

Dr. Rathbun was knowledgeable and approachable. He calmed my nerved and answered questions during a time where it seemed my world was coming undone. I never once felt rushed or that he was in a hurry to speak to the next patient. Thank you Dr. Rathbun.

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Has no patience and very little knowledge.
