Dr. Timothy Reed Scott, MD

My husband and I have seen Dr. Scott for many years. He takes the time to listen. And is professional and caring. Can not say the same about his office staff. They always want to do things their way even when Dr. Scott has advised us otherwise.

Been a patient for more than 30 years. Dr. Scott is very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate, as is his staff. Would not trade them for the world. His office is close to my home, and has extended office hours to meet patients' needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott for over 24 years, his caring and professionalism is beyond question.

I've been coming to Dr. Scott for years. I think he is a wonderful doctor and has always taken care of me.

I had a putrid doctors appointment under this man's care. I went into the doctor with documented anemia and iron depravation. This is textbook iron deficiency anemia, a medical no brainer. Instead of referring me to a hematologist off the bat like any doctor would when looking at a chronic bleeding disorder, this doctor instructs me double my iron pills (not even knowing the dosage I'm already on) and to take 6 days worth of stool samples. After a rather loud argument where he blames me for having a "deplorable attitude" he finally submits by referring me to a hematologist like I obviously needed. The cherry on the top is he writes me a prescription for iron, of course the formulation he chooses (contrary to our conversation) is the type that causes severe stomach and digestion issues... I mean hello? You want me to double my iron to 4x a normal dose? Fine... I want the good stuff so I can at least have a bowel movement once a week. This doctor is just a broken S pump. The whole… office stinks really, next time we can talk about the school medical exam for my daughter which was $140. Or the time I arrived 15 minutes late and they refused to see me. How another doctor wouldn't order the genetic test to confirm my suspicions(which were correct and required further MRI and CAT scan screenings) Darn right I got a poor attitude.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. SCOTT FOR25 OR MORE YEARS. HE IS AN EXCEPTIONAL GOODDOCTOR AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WOULDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER FAMILY DOCTOR. HE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
