Dr. Seidelmann has kept me comfortable for about four years. He finds the pain and gets rid of it.

The doctor is awesome , he's very caring and a great dr .. The nurses are totally awesome , kind and caring . And the receptionist is awesome

This was my experience with this doctor/clinic. In order to get in to see a doc I had to go to a "pain seminar" where the clinic basically gets your insurance info, sign med record release, fill out questionnaires about what and where pain is, and tell you a little about the program. This seminar takes half a day. When I finally get in to be evaluated I had to go thru the whole routine of being a new patient, which is being poked and prodded. I asked why and it was so they could figure out a diagnosis. I already have a diagnosis. I have seen so many doctors to figure out what is wrong with me the last thing I need is another dx. This too took half a day. Then I was scheduled a 3rd time to go back and meet with doc. Once there the doc informs me of what my dx is per his opinion. Surprise! It's the same dx I went in with. Then he tells me I have to give up 2 days a week, 8hrs per day x 8 weeks, to come to their clinic in order to heal my mind, body, and soul. After I finish that he will… reevaluate me. In an 8hr day I will do the following, see a psych therapist, pt, ot, water exercise, have my aurora cleansed, and nutrition management. I don't know about you but my chronic pain is not going to allow me to spend 16hrs a week doing all that. My own family doctor said it's not possible. After I have done this 8 weeks worth, the doc will reevaluate me once again to see what my options are for the future. Keep in mind that because of where I live I would have to drive 1.5hrs one way to get there. I asked specifically at pain seminar if they will work with my family doc and I do some of the therapies closer to home. At seminar it was sure, at appt it was no. Because they want to keep everything "in house." I already see a mental health specialist but it didn't matter because I had to see "their" specialist. When I left there all I could think about is how this place is nothing more then a money scam. I also knew there was no way my insurance was going to pay for my aurora to be cleansed so of course that would have to come out of my pocket. Unless of course they are billing it deceptively. Maybe I didn't go into this with an open mind and my experience was the exception. I don't know. Just keep what you read here in mind when you make your appt.

This doctor works in interventional pain management. He basically does injections all day. He's done a number of different treatments for me - trigger point injections, steroids, nerve blocks, etc. I have only had a small complication once during a nerve ablation (resulting in only a large bruise surrounding the injection site). He is a kind and empathetic doctor who takes time to listen.

I started seeing Dr. Seidelmann after another doctor left his office. Dr. Seidelmann is caring, listens to your issues and concerns, and is willing to try different treatment options. Drawbacks: He is very busy in both the pain intervention center and clinic. It is difficult to get in, but once he sees you he is willing to listen and help.
