I'm Dr. Tim Sheehan. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1989 after completing over 4,485 hours of rigorous classroom instruction. Since then, I've dedicated my practice to Chiropractic BioPhysics-a science-based approach that uses evidence and precise techniques to help restore proper spinal alignment, reduce pain, and improve overall wellness. I believe in staying at the forefront of health care, so I complete continuing education every year. At the end of 2025, I earned a certificate in nutrition from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I passed comprehensive exams on topics including inflammation, gastrointestinal conditions, toxicity, and the endocrine system. This additional training allows me to offer more complete support for patients dealing with chronic issues, nutrition-related inflammation, or overall health optimization. My goal is simple: to help families and hardworking people in Winsted and surrounding communities get back to living pain-free …and feeling their best. I'd love to help you too.
