I came in to Northside hospital with chronic pain with my spine I have bone disintegration so I get severe pain I had steroid shots in my back there before & they have changed the system few months prior so they have lost some of my records & I was trying to tell him that I had steroid shots there before at Northside hospital & since he didn’t see it in the system he automatically called me a liar & he was very rude asking questions that wasn’t relevant very on trustable has no respect for the patients he refused to help because he personally did not see it in the system. My father is a doctor he would never refuse a patient treatment & at same time calling a patient a liar horrible experience.

Dr. Simpson & all staff at Northside Canton provided excellent care. The dr was very compassionate about the pain & tried to help with comfort. He was very prompt in letting us know what was going on & explaining everything. Kudos to Northside Cherokee ER staff.

Obviously concerned with money more than medicine. Would give them a zero if I could
