I am writing this review to warn others about a deeply negligent and dismissive experience. My grandmother came in clearly unwell, experiencing concerning symptoms that warranted careful evaluation. Instead of being properly listened to or taken seriously, the doctor rushed the visit, dismissed our concerns, and ultimately sent her home with a diagnosis of “anxiety.” There was no sense of urgency, no willingness to investigate further, and no compassion shown toward an elderly patient whose symptoms were clearly not normal. Only a few hours later, my grandmother had to be taken by ambulance in critical condition. She was diagnosed with heart failure — a life-threatening condition that was completely missed earlier that same day. This was not anxiety. This was a medical emergency. The lack of listening, the refusal to help, and the failure to take her symptoms seriously put her life at risk. When doctors dismiss patients instead of doing their job thoroughly, the consequences can be… devastating. I would strongly caution anyone, especially those with elderly loved ones, to think twice before trusting this provider with serious medical concerns.

I second the previous reviewer's comment. If I could give a zero I would. Worst doctor ever! He was in ER when I took my daughter in. My daughter was running high fever without other symptoms. He didn't even check, but just brushed it off as a common viral infection of cold or flu. Even commented that she didn't look sick. No matter how much I tried to explain something was not right, he would NOT listen. He was obnoxious, self-centered and very arrogant. My daughter ran high fever for 4 days and broke out hives. I called the nurse line everyday and insisted this was more than a viral. Fortunately one doctor listened and did Xray. It turned out my daughter had pneumonia.

If I could give a big ZERO I would. He is rude, unprofessional and a disgrace to the medical profession. He shows no compassion to his patients and is disrespectful. He does not take the time to obtain a complete history from the patient. A prime example of poor medicine.
