*From my first appointment to my last phone call today. *Every experience I have had with this office has been like this........... *I have always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called there office IN PAIN with one of my teeth that they have “fixed” previously. Sonja the office manager (last I knew) answered the phone. I explained who I was, and what was going on. I am in pain......My right lateral incisor is in pain. Sonja said, ok which tooth, whats ur name? Constantly interrupting. I explained again, right lateral incisor. She said, we have never fixed that tooth, you haven’t been here since 2013, the last note I have is............. I explained, I go to another dentist near me for cleanings and come to u guys for major stuff, since this is where I have had all my major work done. With constant interruptions from her and NOT KNOWING WHAT A LATERAL INCISOR IS. I explained, You put on six crowns cainine to cainine. It is the… tooth (lateral incisor) next to the Big teeth in the front of my mouth at the top on my right hand side. -Constant interruptions- She said, very rudely, well I am not looking at your face so I dont know which one, we never fixed number 4! I replied number 4??? I am not sure what the numbers are. It is the right lateral incisor, I explained. She said, we didn’t crown any molars, when I think of big teeth I think of molars. She would not listen to me. I explained this is why I hate coming to this office, you are rude, talk over me and won’t listen. I told her again I AM IN PAIN, I was never asked WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP! All I was told is that I'M WRONG, "I DON'T HAVE TO COME HERE” and WE DON'T HAVE TO SEE YOU!!!!!! I replied, Wow you are so rude everytime I call, no matter how many years it has been. Yes I do have to come to your office, I have spent ALOT of money there, with all the cosmetic work I have had to have done!! Sonja said, No you don’t and proceeded to ask which tooth again. I said, I just need to get in to see a Dentist. She said, WELL YOU CAN'T!!!!!! I said, Why??? Because you are such a bleeeeeep.......... then I hung up. I just want to reiterate that through this whole conversation I was never asked HOW CAN I HELP! AS YOU CAN SEE THIS OFFICE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. -STAY AWAY-
