Dr. Timothy Allen Teller, MD

Absolutely love Dr. Tim and was absolutely satisfied with the practice for my 3 children for 13 years. I did not have one complaint or issue in the whole time. I have referred the practice to at least 5 co-workers during that time. The last 2 years, however, have been absolutely different. Everything is a battle now. Every time I call to get a sick appointment, my request is denied for some reason or I have to wait several days. I have been outright denied an appointment for a child with a concussion. I have been told to wait 3 days for an appointment for a child with severe vertigo/nausea, even when I explained that the whole point was for the doctor to see the child while it was occurring to help get to a diagnosis (after 6+ months without a diagnosis). I was told point blank that there were several open appointments that day, but it wasn't important enough to warrant a same day appointment. I have been denied forms to be filled out. The kids and I absolutely love… all the doctors and most of the staff, but I am done begging the phone nurse for appointments and being treated so poorly every time I call.

Terrible reception/office staff. Attitude is they are doing you a favor. Do not expect to be treated like a concerned parent. You will be treated like a number in the deli line. And don't bother to try and address it with the physician. It is pointless. Apparently they have enough patients that the loss of one is insignificant.
