Dr. TIMOTHY TIPPETT, OD is a BOARD CERTIFIED OPTOMETRISTDr. Tippett learned small town values growing up in Vidalia, GA. After graduating high school, he attended Georgia Southern College where he studied pre-med and played football. After serving an eighteen month church mission to Ecuador, South America, he attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN and graduated in 1991. Afterwards he completed an externship with glaucoma specialist, Dr. Harvey DuBiner, M.D., and became certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease as recognized by the International board of Examiners in Optometry. Dr. Tippett continues to keep abreast of the current treatment for ocular diseases.Dr Tippett has been in Augusta since 1992. He is married to Denise and they are the parents of four children: Addison, Dallin, Braden, and Jaren.
