careful doing business with this guy. I was made to pay out of pocket prior to a procedure and then he billed my insurance company, sounds like insurance fraud.they refuse to give me a refund so I will be filling out a complaint form to send to the attorney general to start an investigation

Avoid this urologist at all costs. He did what should have been a routine TURP on me. Presurgical testing identified a UTI the week before surgery, but he did not treat it, even though it was in the area that he was going to cut through to get to the prostate. Just prior to surgery he gave a single dose of wide spectrum antibiotics, which are known not to be effective against this type of bacteria (standard treatment is ampicillin). He gave me no antibiotics after surgery, and I developed an infection in my bloodstream which then went into my heart. . I spent 6 weeks on IV antibiotics, most of them in a nursing home. I also had so much bleeding during and after surgery that I needed a transfusion, and also suffered a very low blood pressure event right after surgery. My kidneys, which were healthy prior to the surgery, are now permanently damaged and I have Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease. I was a healthy guy except for the prostate before he operated on me.

Dr. Weyrich is a 5 star urologist. I searched for a couple of years finally found a doctor that listens to me and extremely knowledgeable.

Beware! This doctor may seem OK, But the way he yanked a catheter out caused so much bleeding that I could not pass urine and had to be cathed again, ...

Dr. Weyrich sincerely cared about me as a patient. If you are planning on a vasectomy, he's an awesome choice.

Best place in south hills to have a vasectomy. No one gets excited about a vasectomy but if you are going to have one this is the place. Fantastic experience overall. The office staff is by far the best and most accommodating. Dr. Weyrich is very upfront easy to talk to. No prob with the procedure and recovery. I ve been around many doctors offices and this is be far the best experience.

Dr Timothy Weyrich is a very honest and upfront person. He gave the facts about my condition and gave me all the possible solutions.I will be back if I ever need a Urologist again.
