Dr. Timothy Evans Whittle, MD

He is absolutely the best doctor hands down. Very caring, professional. He delivered both of my children and my first child was premature.

Dr Whittle is an excellent dr. You will never find a more caring and understanding dr in the world. I love him. BUT he has the most rude and unhelpful nurse you will ever meet. I needed to see Dr Whittle about an issue that I had. When I phoned the office and requested an appointment for a VERY Quick visit the receptionist put me on hold. The next person who picked up stated she was his nurse and why did I need to be seen as soon as possible. I told her I work in medicine and it was something that needed to be treated soon. I did not mind waiting in the clinic as long as it takes even if it would be all day. The nurse told me if I would not tell her my problem then I would wait like everyone else does. She knew who I was and I have NEVER asked to be seen quickly and was a faithful patient for MANY YEARS. I told her that it was serious and I did not feel comfortable discussing the specifics, but she would understand when I was seen. I had been treated at Clay County and have had… surgeries there before. I told the nurse that it was a surgical issue that I had and would have to be addressed in the next few days surgically. She refused to not only allow me to be seen in the next few days and told me my issues were not above others BUT told me unless I explained my issue it would not be handled in Dr Whittle’s office for at least 6 weeks and hung up the phone on me. I called another gyn that I had never seen b4 in a close town. I told the receptionist the same thing I did Dr Whittles staff. The 2nd dr did not know me nor did his nurse know what my medical experience was. The new drs nurse worked me in the next day. Despite not ever treating me b4 added me on to the next day. I waited for over 3 hours and was the last patient to be seen. He did surgery on me the next morning and I was bumped in front of all his scheduled surgeries. If you need to be seen fast and it is more personal than you feel comfortable saying to ANYONE. You better move on.

Cannot begin to tell you how fortunate you will be to have Dr. Whittle as your care provider. Without going into personal detail, Dr. Whittle has been there for our family for over 10 years. Some of our family would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Whittle's care and expertise.

Dr. Whittle is a great doctor. I recommend him to anyone. He is so sweet and thorough. He makes you feel comfortable and he cares.

I had an emergency section with my first born and scheduled section with my second both times he did a fantastic job. He is so supportive and a fantastic Listener. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an OBGYN.

I have used a Dr for years that I could never get comfortable with so I decided to do some research to try to find a good doctor. With all the research that I did Dr Whittle had wonderful reviews. So I called and they got me right in and the nurses were very nice also. When I met him he was so nice and caring ! He explained everything to me about me having to have a hysterectomy and have me choices. I had never had a doctor to have such great bedside manners like he did !With the staff and doctors help they were able to find out my problems that I have had for a long time that other doctors just over looked !
