Dr. Timothy S Wolff, DO

I ve been a patient of Dr.wolfe for.many years .He's a Great Dr. No complaints there but his wife Chris is going to make him look bad due to her rudeness, unprofessional, and the way she handle patients who owe anything. will refuse you and send it to collections no matter of your health and the stress of finding another Dr. She wears the pants when it come to the business which is a shame when Dr. Wolfe is a very good ,caring doctor .

Dr. Wolff is a very caring and compassionate Doctor. He actually listens to his patients. He has excellent bedside manners and is genuine in his care. Dr. Wolff has been our family doctor for years and years and I wouldn't trust my health nor my family's health to anyone else. His staff is awesome too and very attentive.

Dr. Wolf and PA, Jamie are caring professionals who have been very helpful to me. I feel confident in their assessments and diagnosis. I was on a sleeping pill for several years, with Jamie's advise I have successfully stopped needing sleeping pills and am again sleeping full nights on my own without medications.

Personable with excellent hands and technique. I was told that I needed surgery for a disc in my neck. Dr Wolff was recommended for a second opinion and he treated me successfully without any operation being needed. He is a true professional and an excellent osteopathic physician.

Most doctors won't listen to what you are really saying. But, Dr. Wolff is an exception. He does not have so much pride that he knows it all; He does listen to me and takes it into consideration in his diagnosis. I appreciate that so much because just as we know when something is the matter with our car, we also no when there is something the matter with our bodies. The owner of the car...and we as the owner of our bodies know when something is not right because we normally know how our car/body usually operate.

Dr. Wolff's wife told me in uncertain terms, that my monthly visits for refills weren't worth his time. She said "WE" don't even make the full $95 dollars for the visit." "If you're not going to be getting "ortho "manipulations", you'll just have to see the P.A." His Assistant Kelly is THE rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of being checked in by. With the exception of his P.A., (sorry I don't remember her name), the entire staff, encluding the Male assisitant who reeked of cigarette smoke, was cold, rude and completely lacking in compassion! My new Dr. properly diagnosed me in one visit, and because she is interested in treating me correctly, was able to reduce the amount of pain meds I'm forced to take. I feel sorry for any patient who doesn't know that they deserved to be treated better than the way that Rock Ridge Family Practice is willing to treat people!

Dr. Wolff is OK, but the billing staff leave much to be desired, I just got a bill from 2009 (it is 2011) which i could have paid for from my flex account but now that money is gone, so I'm not able to get reimbursed. The PA's or NP's aren't very good either, they did not take me serious at all. If you go, make sure you see Dr. Wolff and not a mid level provider.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Do not expect to get any help with billing, insurance, or payment. Health information may be protected but not your billing or statement information. They have no problem announcing any and all of your financial info to the entire waiting room. I did contact the Dr. directly to express concern but all he does is defend his staff. He, himself... nice but good luck with the rest of the office.
