Dr. Tim is a wonderful doctor!! He is friendly and answer every question you ask! I have been going to him for ages I wouldn’t think about changing to another doctor!! He will always be the best to me! His front desk are sweet and nice also! Thanks Dr Timothy Wratchford

Office manage is a foreign alien, that is extremely unprofessional & does not know how to handle everyday issues. The doctors are oblivious to this. Wish the best but unfortunately her & the front staff are ruining the office!

Our family loves Dr. Tim and the entire office. I have never had an issue with any of the front office staff - or the billing (which seems to be the case most places). He strikes the right balance for us between cautious and proactive. He doesn't demand a return visit (and copay) to get lab results, and when our newborn came home with jaundice, Dr. Tim followed his labs very closely. We got an after hours call to say that he had reviewed the labs (also after hours) and Dr. Tim did all of the coordination to have light therapy delivered to our house that night.

Dr. Tim is a caring, okay doctor. His office staff and setup are extremely lacking, however. My husband had a yearly visit in Jan, and has yet to receive a follow up phone call to check on his medication changes. He has recently needed the doctor to call and has yet to actually speak to a person on the phone. No one ever answers the phone and when they do, they are less than helpful. I don't mind a doctor not always returning a call, but to have no return call!!! I get that docs are busy people, but your office staff should be very helpful and make you feel as though your needs are being attended. I haven't gone to him in years, due to poor quality of office staff (and I too am a healthcare provider) and now my husband will not be returning. I should have changed docs years ago. Good luck to anyone who chooses this practice.

Great doctor who cares about his patients and is a small town doctor in a big city. It's a refreshing experience to visit a doctors office that cares about the patient.

DR. TIM IS ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED HIM. I HAVE STRUGGLED A GREAT DEAL OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS AND HE HAS DONE EVERYTHING HE CAN TO HELP ME. I CONSIDERED HIM A DEAR FRIEND AND NOT YOUR ORDINARY DOCTOR WHO RUSHES YOU IN AND OUT.

I found Dr. Tim and the office staff to be friendly, caring and professional. I have avoided getting a primary care physician because everywhere I tried seemed too corporate.
