Dr. Young is a friendly person, but he did something very unprofessional. I needed an important prescription refill, contacted him with advance notice Friday morning. I called multiple times during day, and was told to wait until somebody called me back. Nobody called me until 4pm, communicating refusal to refill, suggesting I contact another heath care provider. I tried, and was told it was too late in day, that I needed to go through my PCP (Dr. Timothy Young). I called back again, was told to wait for a response, and just before 5, his nurse reiterated his refusal. When I asked to speak directly with the doctor, I was told that he had left for the day. Very disappointing. Such unprofessionalism is rare in business community, and worse in my opinion for a healthcare professional upon whom one must entrust their personal health. I have never had a doctor blow me off really, but this was very inconvenient and seemingly risky. I cannot recommend such a practitioner to… anybody looking for somebody dependable and trustworthy. I am very disappointed.

Dr Young listens well and explains options well.

He was the worst Doctor I have ever been to. He wouldn't listen to me and questioned everything I said. He had horrible bedside manners, and I received my own blood work and got it reviewed by another doctor before he had a nurse call me. Do not go to him! Horrible horrible experience

Dr.Young is an outstanding doctor and is very smart as to my medical condition. I have a chronic medical condition and Dr. young has been outstanding in helping me live with this condition.
