Summary
I am originally from the East Coast—New Jersey, to be specific. After high school, I decided to pursue my undergraduate and medical school training in Virginia. I then wanted to explore the Big Apple (New York City) and was there for six years, completing my internal medicine residency and my pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship. The warm tropics of Hawaii then lured me away from New York. My practice in Honolulu gave me time to explore the Hawaiian islands, as well as learn to surf, golf, and compete in a triathlon. After I met my husband, the two of us decided to come to sunny California to pursue our careers.
