My daughter was seen here twice for prenatal care. After numerous delays, rescheduling problems, no testing ordered and very rude service she decided to switch doctors. She had to request records to be transferred 3 times, even went in twice missing work to sign release. Records finally got transferred after going in the second time and demanding them. They told her she wasn't allowed to have a copy (which is against state law) and also said she would be charged to transfer them. Would not recommend this practice!

I've lost a lot of weight, but I'm still heavy and she pinned my health issue on my weight. It's only been a problem for 6 months and I haven't had a problem with it all those years I was heavy. I requested to be place on medicine and she listed the reason as weight loss. It was rejected by ins by it's not a weight loss med. She listed binge eating as the necessity. I have never been a binge eater. I asked for it to be the generic bc I can't afford a brand name med off insurance and she did nothing. Asked for a referral and was given nothing.

I have been heavy for several years. the last six months I started having issues, and she and her office told me it was my weight. That hasn't bothered me for length of time I've had it. Not to mention the amount of weight I've lost before this problem started. Not only that, when I asked to be put back on medicine for something non-weight related. She got the medicine rejected from insurance bc she listed the necessity as binge eating/weight loss. I am not a binge eater. it's not a weight loss med. she also refused to just do a generic version of the med in question when I asked. The brand name is more than my car payment. I left immediately to get a doctor who doesn't dismiss me because of my weight.

Dr. Gabbard is a caring doctor that I have been going to for years... Over 23 years ago she delivered our first grandchild I will never forget the wonderful care she gave to our daughter during her pregnancy. Dr. Gabbard takes time to listen and treats you like your family. I would recommend her to all ages.....she knows her stuff?
