Dr Harris was late and upon entering the exam room she was rude . No apology offered . My lab work was missing ( not the fault of this practice dr Harris began to argue with me about payment . Her reaction was so unprofessional . I have ended my 30 year relationship with thid]s pracice

After over an hour waiting in the exam room, Dr. Harris finally came to see me. I had to go find someone to alert them that I had been waiting for over an hour. Needless to say I was frustrated. This wait time did not include the wait in the waiting room. Once she did arrive she was adequate as a doctor. I have tried to give her and her a staff a second (and third chance) but have had long delays for minor visits. I believe the problem lies in her nurse, Annika. She is nice but not considerate of patients' time. I also find her demeanor very unprofessional. I will be looking elsewhere for a primary care physician.

I find her very knowledgeable and will to seek outside help if necessary. She takes time with me and answers questions that I have.
