I am the mother of and transportation for an established patient. Due to circumstances beyond our control the patient was LESS than 15 mins late for a scheduled appointment. Upon arriving, the receptionist was extremely rude and advised that the patient would not be seen because of tardiness. Although there was no one else in the waiting area, we were told the doctor was consulted (although the receptionist never left her post) and she had no time to see my child because she was too busy. There was no compassion or concern exhibited. We will find expert, caring health care elsewhere.
