If we hadn’t prepaid for braces, we would never return. Every single appointment gets rescheduled—usually at the last minute—forcing us to rearrange our schedule over and over. The office staff is incredibly rude; one even hung up on me during a call. When they do bother to call you to reschedule, the next available appointment is always 2 to 3 weeks away. Meanwhile, the braces are shifting and the teeth are moving in the wrong direction. Every visit is a nightmare, but we’re stuck because we’ve already paid. The office manager was supposed to follow up—still waiting, but not holding my breath. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Fine when everything goes well. A NIGHTMARE when it doesn't. Although some of the work done by her revolving door staff of dentists was passable, none of it was stellar. Part of the work went terribly wrong because Dr. Marshall did not believe me when I told her there was a serious problem. I am now seeking a refund for that failed work. Not recommended. Avoid this dental practice.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. The office is so warm and inviting. I feel at home there. The actual dentistry itself is very good. Very detail oriented and gentle! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Tread lightly with this dentist, on my sixth time out to see her for adjustment on an upper partial I was told this was the last time I was seeing her for an adjustment, and if I wasn't satisfied I can return the partial to her and she will refund my money. She then made one final adjustment coring out the back prong so it would not fit, laid it on the table and left the room - unbelievably unprofessional. I was a patient of the dentist she bought the practice from and was a patient of hers from the time she took over years ago. I remained respectful and understanding throughout the partial process and expressed no ill will towards her with each repeated time I came in for an adjustment. No dentist should ever intentionally ruin a patients partial due to his or her own frustration.

This woman is a HACK

Very nicely decorated office. Front desk staff are very nice which is rare. Making appointment was very very easy. Always had room to fit my family in. However, the office is always cold and music is way too loud. I asked if they could turn it down and they just said, oh.. Don't you like our music. I said it is just loud. Had to return for poor workmanship. Will go elsewhere next time. ,Seems like they need to mix in some staff with experience teach the young ones.

Wierd office

I have been a patient of Dr. Marshall for the last 10 years. She is an extraordinary dentist. I say this because she sets a beautiful atmosphere in her office. The dental staff act as though they are like family. Never have I seen such a cohesive office that care about each other and foremost the patient. It's always a good day when I see my favorite dentist and her staff.

Generally, I don't take the time to write a review on anyone. However, my dental appointment at Dr. Marshall's office was nothing less than professional. Compassionate is the one word I would use to describe Dr. Marshall and her staff. I would recommend Dr. Tina Marshall to anyone who is in need of a dentist in the Lake Orion, Mi area.

Accolades to Dr. Marshall and her staff. Dr. Marshall and her staff are very consistent with their professionalism, bright personalities, and compassion. The office is always immaculate every time I visit with an appointment. I love the contemporary Christian music being played in the office. It's very peaceful and relaxing. It's nice to know that there is a dental office that is not afraid to stand up for their faith. Two thumbs up for this great office!!!
