You always see and here people say they only gave one star and that is because they have too. I personally would give her negative stars if you were able to do so. My kids have been going here for a number of years mainly because there are not to many dentist in this area that takes their insurance. So many things wrong with this office it is hard to know where to begin. First staff is terrible, rude and very unprofessional. The last appointment I overheard them talking bad about my husband simply because he questioned why the wait was so long. One of my kids had the very first appointment yet they did not take her to the back until 9:45 even though her appointment was at 9. There excuse was that they are still setting things up in the back. Well Why set up a 9 am appointment if you are not going to start seeing people til almost ten. Why not have staff come in early so that all of that can be taken care off before the first appointment. Second they strap kids down to what they… call stabilzation boards and charge or want to charge you 15 dollars even though insurance says they cant charge you for anything. Mind you we discussed this three years ago when my kids first started going here and told her what the insurance company said and not once up until today did they ever mention it again. Going to have him wait today over an hour just to say she is recheduling until she can talk with the insurance provider. Refused to call why he was there. Well if she going to talk with them by herself it is still her word against yours. Again my husband talked to the insurance back then and they said we could not be directly billed for anything. Again today he talked to them and I did to on a seperate phone call and both times were told the same that they could not charge anything directly to us.After talking bad about my husband last time and me hearing it I think it was just a way of them causing an issue just so we would look for another provider. Otherwise why not mention it or try to charge any other time we have been there.Mind you the board is covered by insrance til age three but she has used it even for my almost ten year old numerous times. It is almost inhumane to do so for kids so old. Insurance covers til 3 because that is the age they should technically stop using it. On numerous occasions you can here kids screaming in terror because of such pratice. Third if your kid does have dental issue that need to be addressed it usually over 6 months before you can get an appointment to do so. They will be gone back for another cleaning before the stuff found at the last one will be taken care of. She will tell you one thing and put something totally different in their system. Swearing we told her not to treat some issues even though we never did. Why would we when it is covered for free. Finally and this is not fact because I do not have acess to their systems to know what they charged insurance but on numerous occasions I have glanced at their records where in the breakdown it shows a charge like they performed the work at the hospital and didn't. Again we only continued going to her because there is not many that take Amerigroup. We have seen and heard of many other issues in the time we have been going there but people should get the idea just from the few I mentioned.

This office does not even deserve a 1 star. Staff are extremely rude and ignorant. They have no customer service skills. Dr. Moses needs to provide customer service training to her uneducated workers. Will never recommend to this dentist to anyone.

Front desk very rude. The worst part of the experience!

I have never had a issue with Dr. Moses herself but her front desk staff is rude and nasty particularly Leslie.

My kids was going there for years my daughter had no problems no cavities. My son had some cavities and things did not go well with him. They would not let the parent go in the back when doing that part. He would scream and fight to get out of the chair they had him strapped down in (the blanket) so they call it. It was miserable . Being strapped down is not a thing they should allow. I know its for safety they say . But it makes the situation alot worse. Plus that is all they think about when you say dentist is being strapped down. I changed dentists office and that was the best choice I have made. I usually dont comment on these types of reviews, but I wanted other parents to be aware before your child has to go what mine child did.

Best dentist in the area. Always friendly and takes great care with children.

Dr. Moses works so well with children. We have been going there for over 5 years and I have no complaints. She is on call and responds quickly during off hours. The office environment is pleasant and friendly.

Would not take my dog there. Uses restraints when clearly not needed and without explaining that they are going to use them.

Dr Moses and her staff were friendly, kind, patient and attentive. Made me and my daughter very comfortable. Glad to have found her.

The staff is horrible. Very unprofessional. Dr Moses isn't a people person at all.
