Tina Sajadi, APRN, is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health, providing telehealth services focused on psychiatric treatment, medication management, and medical weight management.

She helps adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood changes, and sleep difficulties. Her approach goes beyond the diagnosis to consider how stress, sleep, physical health, and everyday life may affect overall well-being. She works collaboratively with each patient to explore treatment options tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Tina also offers medical weight management, including prescription options such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, Wegovy, and other treatments when medically appropriate. Recognizing that weight management is not always as simple as eating less or exercising more, she helps patients understand their options and develop an approach that supports their health, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
