Dr is very helpful and doesn’t rush you through the appointment. Supports your concerns, writes down every conversation. Offers suggestions and direction for specialist, as needed.

I have been seeing Dr. Sugimoto for about 2 years - right after the wonderful Dr. Dowse retired:( I was so pleased to find another caring physician. For years, I've had digestive problems and for the 1st time, Dr. Tina suggested we do a test for A. Pylori, which can cause serious problems. Yes, I did have untreated A. Pylori and Dr. Tina has cleared it up. Thank goodness. I use this as an example of how she looks past the obvious things and provides in-depth healthcare. I read a couple reviews of people complaining that Dr. Tina wouldn't give them a Rx they wanted. I've never had a problem. I'm guessing the Rx these people wanted was not appropriate. Dr. Tina has good judgement. And she spends all the time I need with me.

Does not seem to like her patients. Refused to reorder medications. Worst doctor I have ever seen.

I was seen by Dr. Tina A. Sugimoto and was very impressed. She was kind, gentle and explained the procedure, tests and medications very well. She listened and addressed my concerns. She was professional as well as knowledgeable. As a retired pharmaceutical rep with 18 years calling on physicians believe me I can tell a good one from a bad one. She is a good one. 5 stars! Extremely horrified at the care from this doctor. She absolutely ignores you . I know others who have left her. She is inconsiderate and has no interest in working with you. Rude, lacking in knowledge, and does not show an interest in the patient.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sugimoto for over two years, right after Dr Dowse retired. I had been takin 60 mg a day of norco for 35 years. Dr. Sugimoto over the course of a year managed to take me completely off the pain medication. What a relief, completely different outlook on life. Every office visit she spends quality time with me, answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. She has never ordered any lab tests that were not needed for the correct diagnosis of my physical condition. Worst physical exam of my life. Tina only. Interested in doing after visit summary and did not care to do actual exam.

What an awful doctor. Not interested in the patient. Actually, rude and wants you to leave. Does not even examine you. Do not see her.
