Very impressive. Finally, a dr who takes time to address concerns, answer questions w clear explanations, follows up & returns phone calls. Keeps up w medical advances, pharmaceuticals, tratments, etc - AND shares this info w patients. I never feel rushed. Am very happy/satisfied w her empathy and patience as well. She has a great staff in both her Glenview & Chicago offices,too.

Dr. Zofakis is like an old time doctor. I have had many visits with her over last several years. Regarding office vists she does not keep you waiting as she is usually right on time. She calls you back promptly. Her personality and demeanor are pleasant and always gives me the impression she truly cares about me personally not just as a patient. She is thourgh and takes her time listening to me before making decisions. Highly recommend this doctor.
