Dr. Tisha Barnett, MD

Dr. Tisha Barnett is an internal medicine and emergency medicine physician who brings 16 years of clinical experience to patient care. She earned her medical degree from Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and completed her residency training at Franklin Square Hospital Center. Her dual specialty training allows her to provide comprehensive primary care while also handling urgent medical situations that require immediate attention.

Dr. Barnett practices at multiple Kaiser Permanente locations throughout the region, including facilities in Baltimore and Halethorpe, Maryland, as well as McLean, Virginia and Washington, DC. She also maintains an affiliation with Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center. Her clinical expertise includes managing high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Dr. Barnett performs various diagnostic procedures such as blood glucose monitoring and general blood work to help patients maintain their health and monitor chronic conditions.
