Dr. Tisha Abercrombie Williams, MD

Not sure what is going on at this office, but I have been a patient for 3 years. They do not return any phone calls, cancelled my appointment once I got to the office, will not refill any prescriptions

I went to her twice I. Horrible pain. I had a reaction the the steroid, causing swollen neck and shoulders and more pain. Blood tests was normal so, I was told to go to ER if I couldn't tolerate the pain. I don't need to go to ER for pain. Sick people are there. What happened to Do no harm? I thought she would try to help me. I hope doctor's take better care of her if she gets hurt.

I've been there twice in 7 days. My condition is worse after treatment. I've been crying in pain for 10 days. She's does not care. She checks her spot for smoking but God forbid she give a pain meds that are better than OTC. I resent the fact that she is letting me suffer after I begged her for mercy. " blood tests were normal so if you can't stand the pain go to the emergency room. " I won't be back. Not any one on my family. After 10 years, she has no empathy for pain. I hope she never needs help.

My husband and I are both longtime patients of Dr. Williams and find her to be a great asset to the Tidelands Health Group. She cares deeply about her patients health and does everything in her power to see that they are properly cared for. You leave her office feeling better than you did when you entered.

I have been with this doctor for many years. In the beginning she would take time to listen and she was like most of what these reviews are saying caring even seem very loving way by a doctor. But over this pass year she has been more and more unlike herself. I now she human and has things that come up that she has to deal with, just as we all do. I feel for her, but when she can't or want list to all that I am telling her and then gets mad. Then the time has come to go. I am leaving be cause I do not trust her or the care she give. Years ago I could have given five stars, but today two stars is the best I can do. I hope she can get things together and he the five stars doctor she use to be.

I have to beg for prescription refills, make sure I call 24-48 hours in advance of needing a refill and then run the gauntlet to get the scrip submitted to the pharmacy. It's like a bad Saturday Night skit. "Oh, I see you haven't been here in a while", "you will need to talk to the nurse first", "Even though you had blood work during your last physical, you need blood work again". It's ridiculous the pain, and time suck I have to go through for a flipping prescription refill.

The only reason that I don't give her five stars on all of these is because. When my husband go's to see her she will not take care of things that are male relating or below his waistline. She is a family doctor meaning she treats or should treat all members of my family or any family and this includes men. If she don't like treating the men in this kind of way, then she should not call herself a Family's doctor, because she truly is not what she calls herself.

Dr Williams and staff are the best. I have been a patient now for almost 4 years. Dr Williams always listens and really cares. I feel so fortunate to have found such a caring Doctor. Thank you for all that you have done

Great, friendly staff. Caring, compassionate, down-to-earth and very knowledgeable doctor.
