Dr. Tito Aurobindo Razdan

We have been with Dr. Razdan for 15 plus years. He is articulate and thorough in his care. Few Doctor’s spend the time making sure you are aware of your health needs.

You will wait for close to an hour to be judged, look down upon, unheard and as if you are bothering him. Very short and cold. You will feel very bad about yourself and as though getting any medical help is not worth it. He also will make his opinion of you known to any and all other doctors (whether by mouth or via your chart) so you will be looked at through his eyes regardless of who you see. If you are not the perfect patient, expect to be treated horribly by all going forward after seeing him. If you are in perfect health, don't need anything from him, don't ask questions or take an active role in your care, then he will treat you well.

Dr. Razdan is consistently oover an hour late for his appointments. He does take care of who he sees, but he doesn't care about other people's time.

I had asked the doctor to call me regarding a test, which I had wanted further explanation from him instead of his nurse. I had talked with her on the matter about a week ago. Cindy the nurse called me on my job. She was so RUDE and very mean. Really didnt want to listen to me. She hung up the phone on me. Nor did she give me the information I had requested. Dr. Razdan has been my PCP for four years or so, but I will be looking for another doctor.

Been going to Dr Razdan for 20 years could not ask for better care or a more caring person. Would recommend him to any person looking for a doctor that is a truly professional and knowledgeable person

I would give Dr Razdan a 3dyar but because of the nurse he has, very rude, cold, callous. Even down right abrasive at times. I am my mother's care taker and all I can say is that if my mom hadn't raised me the right way, I would be just as horrible to her as she is us. Find a different doctor where Cindy isn't.

Dr. Razdan takes his time with his patients and answers questions thoroughly. One issue I have with him is that he seems to be test happy. He recommends many unnecessary tests and procedures. His front desk staff is fantastic but he has one MAJOR problem, and I do mean MAJOR. His nurse--Cindy--is rude, unhelpful, abrasive, and doesn't ever smile. I mean not once. I have gone to him for years and she is consistently unpleasant. I have looked at other physicians strictly because of his nurse but the choice of doctors that accept my insurance and are through Saint Francis network is a short list. Many of them have low ratings or issues greater than a hateful nurse.

My mother in law had been experiencing shortness of breath and weakness for several months, Dr Razdan would not ref her to a cardiologist, not even when during an ER visit when the Dr on-call suggested it. Once again months later, now with pain in her arm along with shortness of breath and weakness, again she went to urgent care this time the ER doc convinced him to ref to a cardiologist. She was admitted into the hospital, they did a heart cath and found and artery with 100 percent blockage and put in a stent. We are thankful that she is ok but are very upset because he did not listen to her or another doctor. I'm writing this because I dont want anyone else to have to go through this. The results could have been deadly and I thank God that they were not.

I have used Dr Razdan for several years and have always felt like he genuinely cared about me. He always takes the time to answer any questions I have. He is not one to just through a prescription at me. If I have a problem and need to be seen he always seems to be able to work me in somehow.
