Dr. T.J. Price is a licensed psychologist and co‑owner of Mindful Health Advantage. The practice offers both in‑person and virtual visits to accommodate your needs. Dr. Price strives to be a positive investment—not a cost—for people who choose to trust him and work toward their higher potential. He believes each person has more potential than they often realize and creates a safe, supportive space where clients can open up and pursue the changes they want.

He uses individualized, evidence‑informed approaches and works from a trauma‑informed perspective. Dr. Price helps clients identify traumatic patterns, unhelpful habits, limiting beliefs, or blind spots and supports them in healing those wounds or transforming them into stepping stones toward a life they value. Mindfulness is a core part of his work—backed by research showing effectiveness for anxiety, depression, and improvements in executive functioning—and he also offers sessions on a community farm and on forest land when …appropriate. The practice includes a dedicated play therapy room because children often process experience through play.
