Dr. Tobi J Reidy, DO

It would take too long to adequately explain, so I'll just say during late night emergency surgery Dr. Reidy encountered the most bizarre, inexplicable abdominal tumor she'd ever seen. Same for her senior partner who she called in to advise. All I can say is that Dr. Reidy is the very best physician that has ever treated me. She has a fantastic personality/bedside manner; she is compassionate, funny, down-to-earth and oh so competent; five minutes after meeting her she felt like my friend. I have given her 5 stars only because a thousand stars was not an option. —Wes Blue

My mom went to the ER with diverticulitis, she was in torturous pain for 12 hours screaming. Dr Toby Reidy was supposed to perform surgery but she was double-booked and did not finish on time so my mom's intestines exploded, twice. It doesn’t say this in the records she reported that my mom was immediately taken to surgery after signing consent, which is false. She told my mom her first surgery went over. My dad ran into the hallway for help crying, and it was a ghost town, my mom was left there to die. Dr Reidy had to open her up again because mom got sepsis. She had to have her bowels reconstructed, it wasn’t done correctly. The nurse kept sticking her over and over again, she couldn’t get the IV. Mom caught an infection in the hospital, had to have a tent around her and everyone had to be dressed in PPE, head-to-toe. Board of Health had to intervene. She had to spend 20 days in the hospital and 30 in a nursing home with a colostomy. We have had nightmares bc of this, this has… affected our trust in the medical community. Why did you not call backup, knowing the condition that my mom was in?

Staff was excellent. Dr Reidy is professional and friendly. She is through and takes time to explain everything so that you understand. After my surgery and colonoscopy she sat down with my wife and explain in detail her findings. My wife was very impressed and I would recommend her.

Dr. Reidy is a truly caring and compassionate physician. She not only cares for her patients but the family as well. She is one of those people that God sends to you when you need his help the most. Thank you Dr. Reidy.

Very easy to talk with. Explained information on a level I could understand. Good sense of humor. Would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Reidy is by far the BEST doctor I have ever had!!!!! She made me feel very at ease when I was ready to justake scream from pain. She genuinely listened to any and all I had to say. There was no question she wouldn't answer in a way I could understand. I just wish she was in the network I'm in now.

Dr. Reidy is one of the few Dr's that knows what she's doing and actually cares about her patients. I am so lucky to have found her. She explains everything on your level and as uncomfortable it is to go see a colorectal Dr. She has made things so comfortable for me.

Dr. Reidy made my experience completely comfortable. She was thourough in her explanation of what was going, what needed to be done and how it was going to go. I really enjoyed her attitude as I was a little freaked out. I'm 29 years old, and for me the thought of seeing a colon-rectal specialist was horrifying. After the first appointment, I had no such fear or reservations. If you must see a Colon- Rectal specialist, I highly recommend Dr. Reidy!

dr.reidy is the most caring dr. i have ever been associated with.if u r wronged she will take up 4 u.if u r being treated unfairly she will take it up with the dr. she tells u like it is and treats u with respect.she doest act like she is the almighty,like most drs. and i dont expect her 2 ever be like that. i would be very comfortable recommended her 2 anybody. if 1 of my family had cancer i would surely take them her. she is up on the latest ,she did my surgery robotically and probaly saved my life.
