Dr. Todd David Beyer, MD

I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Beyer for a total thyroidectomy three weeks ago, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. The excision on my neck is barely noticeable, resembling nothing more than a small scratch. Dr. Beyer's skill and expertise in the procedure are truly commendable, and I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received.

Told me one thing in front of 3 people and did half of the job in my neck that he told us in person, . did not want to hear that he did say these things and wanted me to say ok so he can leave and be done with me but its not that fast with me I want answers I had a stich come out of my neck that was not supposed to come out and I had a headache splitting like wanted to hang myself headache and he gave me 5 mg of muscle relaxers which did nothing anyway the stich I pulled wouldn't it be the stich that was causing my headache I pulled it and there was tension on stich and skin I cut it it went back into my neck and headache disappeared I tell him this and his explanation was I never heard of this before I have no idea what that would be. I said you did surgery on my neck correct he says yes so how is it that you did surgery on me and have no idea what that stich did or why it would just suddenly relive my headache immediately when I cut it ???

Dr. Beyer performed a total thyroidectomy for me. He was professional, kind and calming throughout the entire process. He is experienced and exercised wisdom in my treatment which I am extremely grateful for. Based on my experience I trust and recommend Dr. Beyer one hundred percent. His staff was also amazing!

Would not come back to this surgeon even for the simplest procedure

I highly recommend Dr. Todd Beyer for anyone. I am totally comfortable with his decisions and advisement. I had a total thyroidectomy with him, in early July and my total care was unmatched and very good. I healed very quick and comfortable. I felt immediate relief as he expected. Dr. Todd Beyer specializes in Endocrinology surgery specifically Thyroid and parathyroidectomy. He is excellent, the procedure went smoothly, and now less that one month later the small incision has virtually diminished. Dr. Beyer is with Albany Medical in their Endocrinology Department. Highly recommended him for his thoroughness, compassion, and precision in his surgery techniques. I feel 100% better since my parathyroidectomy. This is to correct the erroneously made one star given in previous review.
