Dr. Todd David Brodie, MD

Dr. Todd Brodie discovered, and treated a condition that didn’t allow me to have children where other doctors had failed. I’ll be forever grateful of his expertise and wish him every manner of happiness and health.

My Mother (87 YO) who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer had an 11:30 AM appointment with the PA for Dr. Brodie....that is the PA mind you.She has gone to Dr. Brodie several times over the years. When we got to the car to go to the appointment the car battery was dead, I immediately called the office to let them know we would be 10 minutes late. We arrived at the office exactly 13 minutes late and were told in a rather matter of fact manner "Oh no, we can't see you" and that they would not be able to see my mother this day. This is not to reflect on the quality of care from this office but more directly to depict how this physicians office treats their patients.My mother has waited in this office several times for her appointment and on this occasion they would not accommodate her for being less than 15 minutes late. I should also note it was lunchtime so infer that as you may but in my book that should have allowed extra leeway .Unacceptable, Shame on you, shame on your staff.

They are disorganized. I was stuck seeing a PA that isn't there anymore. My medication is messed up. They are rude, inconsiderate, disorganized and have sloppy record keeping. You now have to pay a premium to see the doctor which is not worth it. Ruined my life with inadequate care.

Worst Doctor I have EVER been to!

He may be a good doctor but, he needs to look into who is running his office. I explained to the rude woman who answered the phone that my daughter has been dealing with chronic headaches at least 20+ times a month and that was the reason she was not able to make her appointment at nine o’clock. She also explained that there was no way to contact them because they don’t answer the phone until 9. The woman told me the she was sorry to hear about the headaches and hung up on me. We deal with clients every day in our business and would never deal with people the way this rude woman did. I understand policies but sometime you should overlook these policies. Just to say, it has nothing to do with the money, because I will pay it for my daughter, it’s the way this woman dealt with me on the phone. I’m telling you that this young girl has been dealing with headaches for the better part of her life and you tell me have a nice day and hang up on me. I’m sure there are other offices we can see.… As far as the extremely rude woman with the southern accent, I hope your children if you have them never need medical care and don’t have to deal with a person like you. You could have offered her an option for another appointment.

Would not recommend seeing Dr. Brodie. He answered the phone for a non-urgent call while I was explaining symptoms. He orders unnecessary and expensive tests. I even overheard him speaking disrespectfully to a staff member in his office. After a few visits, I switched to another endocrinologist who provided much better care. If I were you, I would save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I've been under the care of Ruth in Dr. Brodie's office for over a year now; they have been wonderful in managing my Type 2 Diabetes and other endocrine issues. I receive a ton of care and support from Ruth during every visit - to the point we wind up hugging before I leave! The administrative staff is also great! I see Mike first thing at each visit while checking in, and he definitely sets a cool, calm tone for the rest of my appointment. I know doctor ratings can vary from person to person, given differences of personality and opinion, but speaking from [typically horrible] experience with doctors in the past, I can't give enough positive feedback for this office.

Mike the office staff is very nice and really a plus for the office, and Christine the rn is the best ,very knowledgeable, understanding has helped me immensely. She’s saved my life, with her advise, I’m greatful to these staff members

First visit impressed with Doctor Brodie and Mike at front window my relative has a lot wrong including dementia/Alzheimer’s Dr request ultra sound of thyroid right away found several nodules on each side said not to worry check in a year. She was on Medicare,Medicaid and had United Healthcare Insurance well long story short those benign nodules around thyroid are metastic lymph glands from small cell lung cancer not to worry. She is now terminal. On top of all that we ran late caught in traffic and they charge you $150.00 if you are late even when I called and said we were on our way oh but they found out she is terminal so wrote off what they said insurance did not cover but insurance said it takes 90 days to go thru Ins. Medicare and then Medicaid but they cannot wait for a dying woman’s payment told me she would have to be cash only great for a person at poverty level thru no fault of her on never saw Doctor Brodie again after ultrasound only his assistant he is great when you see… him office and billing are heartless. Run in the other direction as fast as you can.

Saw the doctor once before being handed off to his PA who is not helpful or knowledgeable. I have never been so frustrated with a care model in my entire life. They want me to pay $2000 a year just to be able to see the actual doctor when I came to him for a diagnosis? Don’t waste your time or money here, they do not care about their patients.
