Todd J Capes, MD

Dr. Capes is an excellent Physician. He is young, knowledgeable and appears to up on the latest in healthcare. The issue I have is with his nurse, Betsy. She is nice enough but extremely poor follow up. On three occasions she did not follow through on call backs. Twice she did not return my call when bottimes Dr. Capes told me to report back and he would get back with me. I had to complain to the office manager just to get a call back and the other time was an urgent situation and she dropped the ball. She said she missed the email the staff sent her when I called asking for help. After three calls and no return call, I had to go to urgent care and they said I should have been seen much sooner. Again, Dr. Capes is excellent but I had to find another physician due to Betsy's carelessness and rudeness by not bothering to return calls. She is off on Wednesdays and Nicole is awesome. She is responsible and gets back with you immediately.

Dr Capes takes the time to listen to you and talks to you rather than at you to address any issues you are having. Would not want to go to any other doctor. My entire family are now patients of his. The office staff is very helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

He is a good doctor i would not go to anyone else
