First doctor I felt like actually, listen to my concerns. My health has greatly improved under his guidance and professional medical care. I have lost over 28 pounds and I am currently only on one blood pressure medication after being on multiple medication’s for well over 12 years. He is not about having you on medication for the rest of your life. He is about dieting, exercising and using medication to assist you get to a healthy you.

Dr. Groover my last primary care physician was an excellent doctor, her nurses were great, but the front desk was a nightmare. Getting an appointment with her was like pulling teeth. If the front desk answered the phone it took forever and if they put you on hold, forget about it! Dr. Deavens, his staff, and the front desk are excellent. I was running late and had to cancel my first appointment, but was able to schedule another one the second I called back and wasted no time waiting for someone to answer the phone, or on hold. Dr. Deavens listened to my concerns and provided superb service, he'll be my primary care physician for a long time.

My Eldest Brother was injured in a fall in 2017 and subsequently ended up in a nursing home. He received very poor care and eventually ended up with a pressure sore and a sepsis infection. Those issues concluded with him having to come to reside with me, and the need for a local primary care physician. Dr. Deavens has been exceptional in getting him to all of the necessary medical services and entities that are required for his best care and I am grateful. His care will be long-term and a caring physician is definitely a requirement, so I am very happy with Dr. Deavens and the staff at Eagles Landing Family Practice in Conyers, GA.
