Dr. Todd Allen Fife

My guess is that Dr. Fife is an excellent doctor. I only had several appointments with him. He was patient, cheerful, an excellent listener, and took good notes. He understood that I wanted to be very involved with my own healthcare and was fully cooperative. Unfortunately he has some "pit bulls" at the front desk that seriously detracted from the overall quality of the visits. On one visit I was exactly seven minutes late, which still made me early for his availability. His office girl in a very unpleasant voice reminded me no less than three times in three minutes that I WAS LATE. An apology was not enough to get her to shut up about it, and finally I asked her what she wanted from me other than an apology. Finally I walked out without seeing my doctor. Later I got a letter of apology from Dr. Fife and he refunded me my co-pay. Several months later I tried to get an appointment over the phone, got this same staffer with similar results. I went to another doctor. I would… give Dr. Fife four stars as a doctor, and I would give the overall visit one star due to his staff.
